Teacher's Office
My name is Anne Fox and I teach first grade at Lamarque Elementary School. This is my seventh year teaching in Sarasota County. I grew up in Iowa and attended college in Indiana. My husband and I live in North Port with our cat, Snowball. We enjoy going to the beach, ocean kayaking, and reading in our lanai. I love teaching first grade because it is a year of new beginnings and students are excited about school. Teaching children to read is my passion. I have my ESOL endorsement, and also a Masters in Teaching and Learning with a focus on Reading instruction.
